The association aims therefore at favoring international and multi-parties cooperation for:

• Human capacities and knowledge of the ocean
• Research and Development of “Green technologies and services”
• Policies and regulations serving the goals of a new maritime economy
• Communication: Promoting the concepts and basis of a “ Blue growth” and of international cooperation as a mean to reach the goal
• Creating interest for the Ocean and awareness of its role in the economic, climatic and biological balance of the planet
